If you've received a phishing email, run into a scam, or seen someone impersonating RedotPay, here's what to do.
1. Report the suspicious email or message
Go to the Official Verification Channel page on RedotPay's website and submit the suspicious email as an .eml file, along with any other evidence (such as screenshots from social media). Our security team reviews reports regularly and takes action to keep users safe.
2. Contact official support
Reach out through the support portal in the RedotPay app or on our website. Include as much detail as you can — the scammer's contact details, any fake addresses, and website links.
3. Secure your account
If you think your account may be compromised, act right away: change your password, turn on two-factor authentication (2FA), or freeze your account. Then contact RedotPay support for help.
