P2P Order Completion Rate Guidelines

What is the completion rate based on?

Your completion rate is based on your P2P order activity over the last 30 days. The system reviews each order, decides which party was responsible for any cancellation, and counts it only against that person.

How is the completion rate displayed?

It shows as a percentage between 0% and 100%. If you have no orders in the last 30 days, it shows as 0%.

Does every cancellation lower my completion rate?

No. The effect depends on the cancellation reason, whether you select it or the system assigns it. Always choose the real reason for canceling. If you have already paid the seller, do not cancel the order.

What happens if I cancel for a buyer-related reason?

If you're the buyer and cancel for a buyer-related reason (for example, you changed your mind or your payment wasn't ready), it may lower your completion rate. If your cancellations reach the platform's limit, we'll pause your ability to buy on P2P until the next day.

What happens if I cancel for a seller-related reason?

If you're the buyer and select a seller-related reason, the cancellation may be recorded as the seller's responsibility and counted against the seller's completion rate. Always choose the party actually responsible. If a dispute confirms a reason was chosen maliciously, the account involved may be restricted.

What is the completion rate exemption quota?

P2P advertisers get a monthly exemption quota. Orders covered by it do not lower your completion rate.

How is my exemption quota calculated?

Your monthly exemption = last month's completed orders × 3%, rounded up. The quota refreshes automatically on the last day of each calendar month. When a canceled order is covered, the order details show:

"This order cancellation will not affect your completion rate."
