RedotPay doesn’t currently support deposits or withdrawals to or from HTX-linked addresses.
We may hold transfers involving HTX for additional compliance or risk-control checks. To avoid disruptions, please use a supported wallet or platform for future transfers.
You can find the supported addresses and networks in the RedotPay app:
1. Tap [Deposit] or [Withdraw] on the home screen.
2. Then, select one of the supported addresses and networks shown for your transfer.
If you’ve already sent a transfer involving HTX, don’t submit it again. Wait for the review to complete, or contact Support through the RedotPay app if you need help.
