Use a promo code when you send funds to reduce part or all of the transfer fee. The discount applies to the fee only, not the amount you send. You can save up to 20 USD, and the fee can drop to 0.
Make sure you are using the latest version of the RedotPay app before you begin.
Who can use a promo code?
You can use someone else’s promo code when you make your first send.
You cannot use your own promo code. Each promo code can be used once, unless the offer terms shown in the app state otherwise.
How to enter a promo code
Open the RedotPay app and go to [Send]
Next, tap [Have a promo code?]
Enter the code shared with you
Confirm and continue with your transfer
If the code is applied, the updated fee is shown in the fee section.
Why doesn't my promo code work?
Check whether:
Your app is on the latest version
You've already completed your first send (if so, the new-user discount no longer applies)
The code is entered correctly, and isn't your own
The campaign is still running
If the code can't be used, you can still send funds at the regular fee.
How do I get a promo code to share?
After you complete your first send in a supported currency (EUR, GBP, USD, MYR, BRL, PKR, AED, THB, INR), your promo code will appear on the order details page.
You can share your code with friends who have not sent funds via RedotPay before. If an invited user uses your code and completes their first transfer, you'll receive a fee discount up to 20 USD.
When will I receive the discount after sharing my promo code?
Your discount is issued after the invited user:
Uses your promo code
Completes their first send
You will not receive the discount if the transfer is processing, canceled, or unsuccessful.
Can I use my discounts after the campaign ends?
No. Once the campaign ends or the offer runs out, any unused discounts expire. Use them soon after you receive them. Whether a discount is still valid is always shown on the Send page.
