For your security, your RedotPay account temporarily locks after five consecutive incorrect password attempts. You'll see a message on screen and receive an alert at your registered email.
Your account will unlock automatically after 24 hours, and your RedotPay card stays active the whole time, so you can continue using it for transactions as normal.
