What should I do if my account is locked?

If you enter the wrong login password five times in a row, your RedotPay account will be temporarily locked for security reasons. You will see an error message, and an email notification will be sent to your registered email address.

Your account will automatically unlock after 24 hours. During this time, your RedotPay card will remain functional and can still be used for transactions.
