Q: How do I modify the payment currency setting for my card? What are the purposes of this setting?

A: To ensure the security of users' accounts, the platform has added a feature to set the payment currency. Disabling non-local currency transactions can effectively reduce the risk of card fraud. The specific setting steps are as follows:

1-Click on Card-Settings-Security Settings-Set Transaction Currencies

2- Select your preferred currencies (please use the option 'Other' to quickly enable/disable currencies).

Please note:

1 - The modifications in the settings of the corresponding card will only take effect on that card.

If you have multiple cards, please modify the payment currency settings of the corresponding card as needed.

2 - At least one payable currency should be retained. It is not possible to disable all payment currencies.

Q: Can I set the currency payment order?

A: Yes, please check operation steps:

①Open the APP, select the upper left corner of the home page

②Select “Preferred Payment”

③Activate “Set preferred payment” and edit.

Q: Can I set 3DS verification during transactions?

A: 3DS is usually set by the merchant. If you have any issues, recommend you contact the merchant for confirmation.

Q: Can I use a virtual card to shop online without binding any wallets to it?

A: Yes, many shopping websites support direct VISA card binding for transactions.

Q: What is the card transaction limit? Can I set it by myself?

A: You can check the card transaction limit in the form below:

You can select "Card" in the APP and click "Limit" and set a single transaction limit.
