To ensure the security of Users' accounts and assets, RedotPay App offers multiple security features that Users can choose to enable based on their needs.
1-Set Payment Priority Order to ensure asset security.
Open RedotPay APP, click on Profile - Payment Priority - Set preferred payment - Open Customize Payment priority, and users can disable unused cryptocurrencies.
Users can also set the payment priority for cryptocurrencies. Simply click the arrow to adjust the order.
If the user wishes to restore a disabled cryptocurrency, click the plus sign to re-enable the option to use that cryptocurrency for payments.
2-Set a Single Transaction Limit for cards to ensure transaction security.
Users can set a single transaction limit for each card based on their personal spending habits.
If a customer holds multiple cards, different limits can be set for each card. In RedotPay APP, go to Card - Limit, set the single transaction limit by entering a specific amount.
3-Set the fiat currency for card settlement to ensure transaction security.
Users can select the supported fiat currencies for settlement based on their usage preferences.
Open RedotPay APP, check Card - Settings - Security Settings - Set Transaction Currencies.
By default, the custom payment currency feature is disabled, and transactions support settlement in all fiat currencies.
If the custom payment currency feature is enabled, you must keep at least one available currency.
Users can customize their preferred currencies; once enabled, transactions in currencies other than the selected ones will be declined.
4-Set common payment scenarios for your card to ensure card security.
Open the RedotPay APP, check Card - Setting - Security Settings.
Users can choose whether to enable online and offline trading functions based on their personal consumption habits.
Online transactions: including payments made on websites or through binding to third-party wallets (excluding POS machines).
Offline transaction: Refers to card purchases made through POS machines.
If you have a physical card, you can also set whether to enable ATM withdrawal function.
5-Freeze your card to block transactions.
Users can freeze their card in RedotPay APP, Card - Freeze.
Please note that freezing your card will cause orders to fail, leading to transaction failure or rejection.

Once the card is frozen, you will not be able to use it for payments, but other cards will remain unaffected. To unfreeze the card, simply return to this section and re-enable it.
