2-If the withdrawal status shows as "Wallet processing," it means the security check has been completed, and the wallet is now processing the withdrawal. The processing time depends on blockchain network conditions, so please be patient.

3-If the withdrawal status shows as "Completed," it means RedotPay has successfully processed the withdrawal. Users can use Txid to check the transaction details on blockchain explorer, or click "View on Blockchain Explorer" to be redirected. Please note that the confirmation process on the blockchain depends on the network and is not controlled by RedotPay.

If the required number of confirmations has been reached on the receiving platform but the funds have not been credited, please contact the receiving platform directly for further assistance.
