Open RedotPay App, click on Hub- Withdraw. Then click the top right corner for the Withdrawal List to view the detailed withdrawal progress of the transaction.

Please note that after initiating a withdrawal, the system will automatically perform a security check on the transaction.
Once the security check is passed, the wallet will proceed with processing the withdrawal.
The security check will be completed within 24 hours, so please be patient.

If the system detects a risk during the security check, the withdrawal will fail.
The user will need to use another valid withdrawal address and initiate the withdrawal again.

Reasons for security checks failed: 1-Withdrawal to a platform/exchange not supported by the system.

2-Withdrawal to a gambling-related address.

3-Withdrawal to any other illegal address.

To ensure the security of your funds and smooth transaction processing, it is recommended that users withdraw assets to a valid and legal address.
