How to Make an Internal Transfer

1. Open the RedotPay app and tap [Send].

2. Choose the transfer method. You can transfer funds by entering the recipient’s email/phone number or UID.

Alternatively, you can scan the recipient's QR code by selecting the scan icon.

The recipient can find their QR code in the top-right corner of their transfer page.

3. Enter the amount, then confirm to complete the transfer.


Important notes:

  • Internal transfers can't be reversed once completed.

  • Double-check the recipient's details before you send, so funds don't go to the wrong account.
