How to make an internal transfer?

1. Open the RedotPay app, go to Home, and select Send.

2. Choose the transfer method. You can transfer funds by entering the recipient’s email/phone number or RedotPay ID.

Alternatively, you can choose to scan the recipient's QR code by clicking the Scan button.

The recipient can view their receiving QR code in the top right corner of the transfer page.

Important Notes:

  • Once an internal transfer is completed, it cannot be reversed.

  • Please ensure that the recipient's account details are correct before making the transfer to avoid any loss of funds due to incorrect transfers.
