How to make an internal transfer?

1. Open RedotPay APP, click on Home, and select Send.

2. Choose the transfer method. Users can transfer funds on RedotPay APP using the payee’s email/phone number or RedotPay ID.

Users can also choose to scan the code for transfer, click the scan button, and scan the recipient's payment code for transfer.

The payee can view their receiving QR code in the top right corner of the transfer page.

Please note that once an internal transfer is completed, it cannot be reversed.

Before making a transfer, please ensure that the recipient's account is correct to avoid any property loss due to incorrect transfers.
