This error means the phone number you entered is already linked to a RedotPay account. Each phone number can be associated with only one account, so it can't be used to register or be added to another.
If you're seeing this unexpectedly, it usually means one of the following:
You already have an account registered with this number, try logging in instead of signing up.
The number was previously linked to an account you no longer use.
