Why Do I See an "Email Already Exists" Error?

If you see an "email already exists" error during registration, it means this email address is already linked to a RedotPay account.

If you're seeing this unexpectedly, here's what to do:

  • Log in instead. You likely already have an account—switch to the Login screen and sign in with this email.

  • Reset your password. If you don't remember your password, tap Forgot Password on the login screen to reset it.

  • If you originally signed up using Apple or Google, the email/password login won't work—use the Continue with Apple or Continue with Google button instead.
