When you request a refund, here's what happens:
You request a refund from the merchant. Contact the merchant directly to start the refund.
The merchant processes the refund. Processing time varies by merchant. Some refunds are quick; others can take 30 days or more.
We receive the refund from the merchant. This is the longest part of the process and is outside our control.
We credit the refund to your RedotPay account. Once we receive the refund, we'll credit your account within 2–15 days.
You see the refund in your account. You'll be notified when the refund is credited.
