Refund times depend on the type of transaction and how quickly the merchant processes the refund.
Typical refund timelines:
Authorization holds: Usually released within a few days.
E-commerce and merchant refunds: Typically 2–15 days, though some can take over a month depending on the merchant.
Once we receive the refund from the merchant, we'll credit it to your RedotPay account right away. The main factor in how long this takes is how quickly the merchant processes the refund on their end.
If your refund is taking longer than expected:
Contact the merchant to confirm they've processed the refund.
If the merchant has confirmed the refund but it hasn't appeared after 15 days, contact RedotPay customer support.
