Fixing RedotPay Card Link Issues on PayPal, Google Pay, and Other Platforms

After activating your card, RedotPay will sync your card information with platforms like PayPal, Google Pay, and Facebook.

Most users will be able to use their card within 2 days (some may take 3–5 days). In some cases, syncing may take more time. If a transaction fails, please do not attempt multiple retries, as this could be flagged as suspicious activity and result in your card being frozen. Please wait for a while before trying again.

For PayPal and Facebook: If you're still unable to link your card after several days, ensure that the name on your PayPal/Facebook account matches the name on your RedotPay card, and that you're using the same billing address. Then try linking again.
