What should I do if an error occurs on the RedotPay payment page?

1. Please check if your balance is sufficient by ①RedotPay App homepage ②Est. Total Value (USD)

Please note that the estimated total value represent an approximate value of the assets in the user's account. When making a payment, please consider the additional fees required for the transaction to ensure that the account balance is sufficient to cover the transaction amount and related fees.

2. Check if currency with balance is selected for payment.

3. Each card has an independent single transaction limit setting. Have you ever set a single consumption limit yourself?

4. If the available balance is sufficient and there is no transaction limit, you can try with other merchants.
