To cancel a subscription, you need to do it directly with the merchant.
Log in to your account on the merchant’s website or app, then go to their billing/subscription settings and cancel the subscription there.
If you can’t find the option, contact the merchant’s customer service and ask them to cancel the subscription.
RedotPay can’t cancel subscriptions for you, because the recurring payments are part of an agreement between you and the merchant.
