Subscriptions are managed directly by the merchant, so you’ll need to cancel them with the merchant. RedotPay can’t cancel a subscription on your behalf.
To cancel, sign in to your account with the merchant and follow their instructions to end the subscription. If you’re unsure how to do this, contact the merchant’s customer support for help.
