Applying for a RedotPay virtual card requires a 10 USD card issuance fee. This fee is not added to your RedotPay balance, so please make sure you have enough funds before you apply.
New users receive a 5 USDⓈ welcome reward after registration; this reward may be used for purchases but cannot be applied toward the card issuance fee.
How to apply
Open the RedotPay app, go to [Card] and select [Apply Card – 10 USD].
Tap the + icon and enter your billing address.
Important Notes:
RedotPay does not support certain countries/regions as a billing address. Please check the RedotPay Unsupported Countries/Regions list before applying.
The billing address must be entered in English.
The cardholder name you provide will appear on the back of the card and cannot be changed after issuance.
Tap [Pay] to complete your card application.
Please note: Once payment is completed, your application is submitted. It cannot be canceled, and the card fee is non‑refundable.
