Whether you can change the shipping address depends on your card’s production status.
When you can change it
If your card has not been shipped yet, you may still be able to update the shipping address in the app.
If your card is already being packaged or shipped, the address can no longer be changed.
How to check and update your address
Open the RedotPay app, tap [Card], and select your physical card.
Check if an [Update now] button appears on the screen.
If you see [Update now], your card is still being prepared and you can tap it to enter a new shipping address.
If you don’t see the button, your card is already being packaged or shipped and the address can’t be changed.
