Once your physical card arrives, you can activate it in the app to start using it for ATM withdrawals and in-store payments.
Step 1: Find your activation code
Gently open the envelope your card came in. Inside, you'll see your physical card attached to a paper insert.
The activation code is printed on the insert, near the bottom. Your card's last 4 digits are shown next to it.
Before you activate, check that the last 4 digits on your physical card match the ones shown in your RedotPay app.
Step 2: Activate your card in the app
1. Open the RedotPay app and tap [Card].
2. Select your card, then tap [Activate now].
3. Enter your activation code.
Note: Keep your activation code safe and don't share it with anyone.
