Users can enable the Low Balance Alert feature to set a notification threshold. When the account balance falls below the set amount, users will receive an app push notification and an email reminder to top up their balance.

Open the RedotPay app > Profile
Enable Low Balance Alert
Set the Low Balance Threshold
