How to report scams or phishing attempts

If you suspect you’ve received a phishing email, encountered a scam, or noticed someone impersonating RedotPay, take the following actions immediately:

  1. Report Suspicious Emails or Messages:

    1. Visit the “Official Verification Channel” page on RedotPay’s website to submit the .eml file of suspicious emails or related evidence (e.g., social media screenshots).

    2. RedotPay’s security team will regularly review and address reports to ensure user safety.

  2. Contact Official Support:

    1. Submit inquiries via the support portal on RedotPay’s official website or App.

    2. Provide detailed information, including the scammer’s contact details, fake addresses, or website URLs.

  3. Protect Your Account:

    1. If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your password, enable 2FA, or freeze your account immediately.

    2. Contact RedotPay support for further assistance.
