7.5 P2P Order Completion Rate Guidelines

Updated over a week ago

When you use P2P, some orders may be cancelled by you or the other party. This guide explains how your completion rate is calculated, when cancellations count against it, and how the exemption quota works.

1. How your completion rate is calculated

The platform calculates your completion rate from your P2P order activity in the last 30 days.

  • The system tracks order activity over the past 30 days and decides who is responsible, and only counts it against that person.

  • Completion rate is displayed between 0% and 100%

  • If you have no orders in the last 30 days, your completion rate will show as 0%.

2. When a cancellation affects your completion rate

When an order is cancelled, the impact on completion rate depends on the cancellation reason selected by the user or assigned by the system. You must always choose the real reason for cancelling an order. If you have already paid the seller, do not cancel the order.

  1. Buyer-side cancellation:

If the buyer cancels for buyer‑related reasons (for example, changed mind, payment not prepared), these cancellations may reduce the buyer’s completion rate. If the number of such cancellations reaches the platform’s limit, P2P buy access may be restricted for the rest of the day.

  1. Cancelling with “Seller-related” reason:

If the buyer selects a seller‑related reason, the cancellation may be recorded as the seller’s responsibility and counted against the seller’s completion rate.

  • Please choose the correct party responsible for the cancellation. If the platform confirms that the reason was chosen maliciously after an appeal, the user’s account may be restricted.

3. Completion rate exemptions

For P2P advertisers, the platform provides a monthly cancellation exemption quota. Orders covered by this quota do not reduce completion rate.

Exemption rules:

Exempted orders per month = Previous month’s completed orders × 3% (rounded up). The exemption quota is refreshed automatically on the last day of each calendar month.

If a cancelled order is covered by your exemption quota, the order details will display: “This order cancellation will not affect your completion rate.”
