How do I get points?
By spending, referring friends, or completing missions in the app.
Do points expire?
Yes. Points generally expire 12 months after they are earned. We use a First‑In‑First‑Out (FIFO) method — oldest points are used or expire first.
Example: Points earned in January 2026 will expire on February 1, 2027 if unused.
Why is my points balance negative?
If a transaction that earned points is refunded or reversed, those points will be deducted. A negative balance can occur if your current balance isn’t sufficient, and it will be offset by future points you earn.
Can points be withdrawn or transferred?
Points are meant for rewards and activities within the RedotPay app only. They can’t be cashed out, transferred, or traded.
How do I participate in a draw?
Pick the prize you want and redeem tickets using your points. Each ticket gets a unique number. Once all tickets for a prize are taken, the draw will start automatically.
Are the draw results really random? How can I check?
Yes. The draw is 100% fair and transparent. Each draw uses the Ethereum (ETH) real-time block hash to generate results. Results can't be manipulated. You can tap [How is it calculated?] to see the process.
Will my points be refunded if I don’t win? Can I withdraw participation?
Points are deducted immediately when you redeem a ticket. They're non-refundable, and you can't withdraw your entry once it’s submitted.
