"Email already exists" Error

If you see an "already exists" error during registration, it means your email is already linked to a RedotPay account.

What to do:

  • Log in: Switch to the Login screen and enter your details.

  • Reset Password: If you don't remember your password, tap [Forgot Password].

  • Check Social Logins: You may have signed up using Apple or Google. Try those buttons instead.
