RedotPay encourages users to use their cards safely and does not recommend that users disclose important card information, such as card number, expiration date, and CVV, to anyone or enter card information on insecure websites. In the event of card fraud, RedotPay advises users to take the following measures:

1- Freeze card

Log in to the RedotPay APP to freeze your card immediately. The operation path is: RedotPay APP - Card - Freeze. Friendly reminder: It is recommended to unbind the card on the merchant's side before freezing it to avoid the transaction being declined and incurring a declined transaction fee.

2- Verify transaction records

Confirm which transactions were not conducted by you, and check the merchant name on the transaction details page

3-Contact the merchant for a refund

Based on the merchant name displayed on the transaction page, contact the merchant to explain the situation and request a refund.

4-Chargeback

If the merchant refuses to issue a refund, please keep a record of the communication. You can apply for Chargeback services through

RedotPay customer service. Please note that Chargeback is a paid service; for specific rules, please refer to the guidelines:

5-Monitor your RedotPay account

If transactions continue to occur after the card has been frozen, it is recommended that the user delete the card to prevent further losses.

Path to delete the card: Card-Settings-Delete Card
