My transaction was declined by the merchant, but there is no transaction record in the RedotPay app. What should I do?

If your card is not in a frozen or temporarily locked state but you encounter issues during payment on the merchant's platform, the RedotPay app cannot record such transactions. Please contact the merchant's customer service to verify the specific reason for the decline.

Additionally, if your card is functioning properly, we recommend trying to use your card at other merchants.
