What Should I Do If I Forget My Card Pin?

You can change your physical card PIN in the RedotPay app.

1. Open the RedotPay app, tap [Card], then select [Settings].

2. Tap [Change card PIN].

3. Enter and confirm your new PIN, then tap [Confirm] to save it.
