After activating the card, RedotPay will synchronize data with institutions such as PayPal/Apple Pay/Google Pay/Facebook. Some users may encounter slower synchronization, but the vast majority of users will be able to use it within 2 days (Some may need 3-5 days). If the transaction fails, please do not repeat the transaction as it may be considered a malicious transaction by Visa and the card may be frozen. Please wait for a while before attempting again.

Regarding Paypal and Facebook, if you're still unable to bind the card after a few days, please ensure that the name and billing information on your PayPal account match those on your RedotPay card, and try again.

For Apple pay, please change your Apple Store region to Hong Kong and try again.
