If a user fails to withdraw cash from an ATM but the funds are deducted from their RedotPay account, it is recommended that the user check the transaction status within the RedotPay app:

  1. If the transaction status is "Authorized," please be patient and wait for the transaction status to update. If the status updates to "Refund," it indicates that the user has received a refund for that transaction.

  2. If the "Authorized" transaction status updates to "Cleared," it means that the transaction has been settled and the bank has received the funds.

  3. Three days after the transaction status updates to "Cleared," the user should check for refunds from the same merchant with different transaction IDs. If the user still has not received a refund, pleaes directly contact the bank where the ATM is located for assistance and resolution.

  4. If the bank is unable to process the request, the user may consider using RedotPay's paid Chargeback service. For specific rules, please refer to: Chargeback.
