Currently, subscriptions cannot be canceled directly from the RedotPay side. This is because when the subscription is made, the authorization is established with the merchant site, and only the merchant will be able to remove the authorization directly. However, if you encounter difficulties with canceling a subscription and wish to avoid impacting your account, you may choose to delete the card and re-apply for a new one. Any transaction that occurs after you delete the card will not impact your account.
