  2. Upload identification photos

  3. Complete facial recognition verification

  4. Submit a personal statement (if required by the system)

For detailed steps, please refer to: How To Complete Account Identity Authentication

Please note the following scenarios where identity verification is not supported:

  1. We are temporarily unable to offer service support to some countries. For details, please refer to: RedotPay Unsupported Countries/Regions

  2. Each user's identity information can only be verified for one account. Even if you have multiple different IDs or have deleted a previously verified account, you cannot submit verification for another account.

  3. RedotPay does not provide services to users under 18 years old.

II. RedotPay Identity Verification Tips

Please read the following tips before submitting identity verification to avoid interruptions and ensure a successful verification process.

  1. Complete Personal Information

    • Enter your first name and last name exactly as shown on your identification document. Please ensure the correct order, as incorrect input will result in verification failure.

"Nom" refers to the first name, and "Prenom(s)" refers to the last name.

    • If you have a middle name, enter it together with your first name in the same field.

    • Enter your date of birth exactly as shown on your identification document. Be sure to distinguish between the month and the day, as incorrect input will result in verification failure.

Correct date of birth: November 1, 2006

  2. Upload Identification Photos

    • Users must upload an identification document supported by RedotPay. If a specific document type is not displayed in the app, it means that document is not supported for identity verification in that country.

      For example:

Hong Kong supports passport and ID card verification.

Brazil supports passport, driver's license, and ID card verification.

    • RedotPay only accepts original identification documents for verification. Copies, printed versions, screenshots, or photos of the document are not accepted.

    • If both the front and back sides of the document are required, users must upload photos of the same person's document. Missing sides or mismatched documents will result in verification failure.

    • Ensure that all document details are clearly visible. Obstructed information, damaged documents, or excessive glare may lead to verification failure.

    • Only upload documents with at least three months of validity remaining. Expired or soon-to-expire documents will not be accepted.

  3. Complete Facial Recognition Verification

    • Facial recognition must be completed by the account holder. Using photos is not supported.

    • Use the front-facing camera of your device for the verification process.

    • Ensure a stable network connection and good lighting so that your face is clearly visible.

    • Hold your device upright during the facial recognition process. Inverted or sideways positioning will result in verification failure.

    • Make sure no unrelated people or objects appear in the frame during verification.

    • Look directly at the camera and avoid shaking the device to prevent verification failure.

  4. Submit a Personal Statement (If Required by the System)

    • If a personal statement is required, it must be submitted within 14 days of the system request. Failure to submit within the 14-day period will result in verification failure.
