Why is my card temporarily frozen?

Your card may be temporarily frozen for security reasons if any of the following occur:

  • The wrong ATM PIN is entered three times within 24 hours.

  • The incorrect card security code (CVV) is provided three times within one hour.

  • The card’s expiration date is entered incorrectly three times within one hour.

When frozen, your card cannot be used for online, in-store, or ATM transactions. The freeze will be automatically lifted after 24 hours, restoring normal card usage.
