Your card may be temporarily frozen for security reasons if any of the following occur:
The wrong ATM PIN is entered three times within 24 hours.
The incorrect card security code (CVV) is provided three times within one hour.
The card’s expiration date is entered incorrectly three times within one hour.
When frozen, your card cannot be used for online, in-store, or ATM transactions. The freeze will be automatically lifted after 24 hours, restoring normal card usage.
