For security, your card is temporarily frozen if any of these happen:
The wrong ATM PIN is entered 3 times within 24 hours.
The wrong card security code (CVV) is entered 3 times within 1 hour.
The wrong expiry date is entered 3 times within 1 hour.
While your card is frozen, you can't use it for online, in-store, or ATM payments.
Note: A freeze from too many CVV or expiry date attempts lifts automatically after 24 hours. After that, you can use your card as normal.
