Getting Your Code

How do I get my code after I pay?

After you pay, slide the button at the bottom of the confirmation page to reveal your code. You can also find it under [Transactions].

Why is the code hidden at first?

This keeps your code private, so it's not visible if you happen to open the app around others.

Region & Compatibility

Can I buy a gift card for a friend in another country?

Yes, but check the country first. Most gift cards only work in the country they're meant for. For example, a US PlayStation card will work only on a US account, not a UK one. Please check the compatibility carefully, as all sales are final.

Refunds

Can I get a refund or a new code if I bought the wrong card?

No. Once payment goes through, the sale is final, even if you haven't viewed the code. Double-check the gift card details, country, and amount before you pay.

Troubleshooting

I entered the code but it says invalid. What should I do?

Try these steps first:

  1. Check that your account's country matches the card's.

  2. Re-enter the code carefully. It's easy to mix up 0 (zero) and O (letter), or 1 (one) and I (letter).

  3. If it still doesn't work, take a screenshot of the error page (showing the error and your phone's current time), then contact Support.

What happens after I send the screenshot?

We'll pass your case to the official card issuer for a technical check. This usually takes 3–7 business days, and two outcomes are possible:

  • For faulty cards that were never activated: full refund or free replacement.

  • If a card was found to be already redeemed: no refund or compensation.
