Codes usually arrive within a minute. If yours hasn't:
Check the email address is right. Make sure the code's being sent to the address you expect. A small typo is the most common reason it doesn't arrive.
Check your spam and junk folder. Verification emails sometimes land there. Marking ours as "not spam" helps future codes reach your inbox.
Request a new code. Always use the most recent one, as older codes stop working.
Update the app. Make sure you're on the latest version of the RedotPay app, as an outdated version can occasionally cause issues.
