I'm Not Receiving My Email Verification Code

Codes usually arrive within a minute. If yours hasn't:

  • Check the email address is right. Make sure the code's being sent to the address you expect. A small typo is the most common reason it doesn't arrive.

  • Check your spam and junk folder. Verification emails sometimes land there. Marking ours as "not spam" helps future codes reach your inbox.

  • Request a new code. Always use the most recent one, as older codes stop working.

  • Update the app. Make sure you're on the latest version of the RedotPay app, as an outdated version can occasionally cause issues.
