Please check if the transaction page of the RedotPay app displays any error messages. If there are any, please take a screenshot and contact online customer service to verify the specific reason.

If there are no error messages, it indicates that the transaction has failed on the merchant's end. Please contact the merchant to confirm the specific reason.
