Troubleshooting & Errors
Will I get a refund if a payment fails?
Yes. For merchant or system-related errors, a refund will be issued to your USDT balance automatically, typically within 10 minutes.
What should I do if I see an "Invalid amount" error?
Ensure the amount is within the allowed range: at least 100 PHP or 8,000 VND. Adjust the amount and try your payment again.
What should I do if I see a "System error"?
Check your internet connection and try again. If the error persists, the service provider may be temporarily unavailable; please try again later or contact the merchant.
What should I do if my order status is "Processing"?
Most status updates appear within 10 minutes. Please wait patiently and do not scan the QR code again to avoid duplicate charges.
If a refund is required, please note that refund status updates can take up to 24 hours.
What if the app shows a successful payment, but the merchant hasn't received it?
Confirmations can take up to 10 minutes. If the transaction is still pending after 10 minutes, please contact the merchant for assistance.
