Which countries/regions are supported for mobile top-ups?

We currently support top-ups in 9 countries and regions, including:


Algeria, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Pakistan, Philippines.

Why is my country/region not supported?

Service coverage depends on what’s available from local providers. We’re always expanding our network to serve more areas.

What types of top-up services do you offer?

Currently, we support Mobile top-ups.

The following services are coming soon: PIN top-up, data bundles, combo packages, and digital vouchers.

Which phone numbers cannot be topped up?

We cannot support numbers that are:

  1. Inactive, suspended, or deactivated.

  2. From countries outside our supported list.

What currency is used for settlement?

All transactions are settled in USD.

How to Top-Up

How do I start a top-up?

Tap [More] on the Home screen and select [Mobile top-up].

How do I complete a top-up?

  1. Select your country.

  2. Enter the phone number.

  3. Choose the top-up Amount.

  4. Confirm and complete the payment.

How do I choose an amount?

Once you enter a valid phone number, the available top-up amounts will appear automatically.

What top-up amounts are available?

We offer specific fixed amounts. You can view the available options for your number on the mobile top-up page.

Can I enter a custom amount?

Currently, we only support fixed amounts. Custom or random amounts are not available at this time.

Do I need to pick a carrier?

The system identifies the carrier automatically. If it looks wrong, please manually select the correct one to ensure your top-up is successful.

What’s the correct phone number format?

Select the country code first, then enter the full mobile number. If the format is wrong, you will see an error message.

What if the phone number doesn’t match the country?

The country you select must match the phone number’s origin. If they don't match, the top-up will fail.

How do I top up if I’ve switched carriers (MNP)?

Number porting doesn’t affect top-ups, but you must select your current operator. Choosing your original (old) operator will cause the top-up to fail.

Payments, Fees & Limits

How can I pay?

You can pay using your account balance, Credit, or other third-party options available at checkout.

Is there an exchange rate or extra fee?

To keep things simple, we use a fixed price that already includes all service fees and exchange rates. The price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay—no hidden costs.

Are there any transaction fees?

Our prices are all-inclusive. The amount you see already includes all service fees and exchange rates, so there are no extra charges at checkout.

Are there any limits on how much I can top up?

Yes, to keep your account secure, we have the following limits:

  • Per Transaction: Max $150

  • Daily: Max $150 per phone number / $300 per account (UID)

  • Monthly: Max $500 per phone number

  • Frequency: You can top up a maximum of 5 different numbers per hour.

What’s the most I can top up at once?

The maximum for a single transaction is $150. If you try to go over this, you'll see: "Above transaction limit. Try a lower amount."

Is there a daily limit on top-ups?

Yes. You can top up a maximum of $150 per phone number or $300 per account each day. If reached, you'll see a "Daily limit reached" message.

What is the monthly top-up limit?

Each phone number has a monthly top-up limit of $500.

Status Updates

How long does it take to process?

Most top-ups are completed within 1–5 minutes.

How long does it take for the top-up to arrive?

It usually takes 1–5 minutes. In rare cases, network delays can take up to 2 hours.

What does "Processing" mean?

We’ve sent your request to the operator and are waiting for their confirmation. Please don't place a duplicate order; we will retry or refund you if it takes too long.

Why is my top-up taking more than 90 seconds?

We've sent your request to the operator and are waiting for their confirmation. Please do not resubmit to avoid duplicate charges. If the delay persists, our system will automatically retry or issue a refund.

I haven’t received an SMS notification yet.

SMS alerts come from local carriers and can be delayed. We recommend checking your balance directly or contacting your carrier to confirm.

Can I see my top-up history?

Yes. All successful transactions are saved in your Transaction details. For your convenience, the top-up page also displays your 5 most recent numbers.

Cancellations & Refunds

Can I cancel or undo a top-up?

No. Top-ups are processed instantly. Once submitted, the transaction cannot be canceled or reversed. Please double-check the number and amount before paying.

Can I get a refund if I topped up the wrong number?

Unfortunately, no. Once a top-up is successful, the credit is sent to that phone number and can’t be reversed.

What happens if my top-up fails?

If a top-up fails, we’ll automatically issue a refund, and the amount will be returned to your USDT balance.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds for failed top-ups are usually added to your USDT balance within 10 minutes.

If my payment works but the top-up fails, do I get a refund?


Yes. If the carrier confirms the top-up failed, your refund will be credited to your USDT balance.

Troubleshooting

Why hasn't my top-up arrived yet?

This usually happens for three reasons:

  1. Incorrect phone number.

  2. Operator network delays (up to 2 hours).

  3. Operator system maintenance. If it’s been over 2 hours, please contact the local operator for help.

Why did my top-up fail?

Common reasons include:

  1. Carrier system maintenance.

  2. The phone number is invalid or disconnected.

  3. Security risk flags.

  4. Local network issues.

Why can’t I top up my number?

Please check the following:

  1. Make sure the mobile number is active and entered correctly.

  2. Confirm you selected the correct carrier.

  3. The carrier’s system may be under maintenance.

Why does it say "Top-up for this number is temporarily unavailable"?

This may be happening because the number is:

  1. Marked by the carrier for security reasons (such as fraud or suspension).

  2. Deactivated or no longer in use.

  3. From a region that we don’t currently support.
