At RedotPay, we prioritize a smooth and secure login experience. If you encounter an error with your Google verification code, follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue and regain access to your account.

  1. Synchronize the Time:

  • iOS Devices: Ensure your system time zone is correct.

  • Android Devices (Google Authenticator app):

    • Open the main menu of the Google Authenticator app.

    • Tap the "More" icon and select "Settings".

    • Tap "Time correction for codes" and then “Sync now”.

    • The app will confirm that the time has been synced.

Please note that this action will sync the internal time of the Google Authenticator app and ensure proper functioning, without altering your device's date and time settings.

2. Try a Different Browser or Incognito Mode: If you're using a browser, try a different one or use Incognito mode in Google Chrome to bypass any browser-specific issues.

3. Clear Your Browser Cache: Clearing your browser's cache ensures you’re working with the latest data, which can resolve many verification issues.

4. Refresh and Retry: After completing the previous steps, refresh the web page and try again. This may resolve temporary glitches with the Google verification process.

If the Problem Persists: If these steps don’t resolve the issue, we recommend reaching out to Google Support for additional assistance. Their support team can help address any underlying problems.

At RedotPay, we are committed to ensuring a secure and hassle-free experience for our users. By following these troubleshooting steps, you can address most Google verification code errors swiftly and regain access to your account. We value your trust and remain dedicated to supporting you in every possible way.
